I’m Alexandru Gurau, a product designer and full-stack developer based in Romania.

I design user-centered digital products — and then I build them. With Next.js, React, and TypeScript. This means I understand both sides of the handoff: what makes a design work for users, and what makes it work in code.

I founded Nodbit, a web development studio building modern web applications for businesses across Europe. Through Nodbit, I’ve designed and built everything from e-commerce platforms to SaaS booking systems to bilingual content engines.

My strongest project is Nottral — a multi-tenant booking platform I designed and built from scratch. It handles real-time scheduling, Stripe payments, WhatsApp reminders, and serves multiple businesses from a single codebase. Every UX decision in Nottral came from talking to real salon owners, clinic managers, and their clients.

I’m looking for a Product Designer or UX Designer role where I can bring this end-to-end perspective to a team that values both design thinking and technical execution.
